モンゴルサッカー代表監督退任
眼の病気が発覚し、治療後の経過観察を日本で行う必要があり、モンゴル代表監督を退任する事になりました。
日本人である私がモンゴル人の誇りを大切にし、モンゴル人が本来持つ力をピッチ上で最大限発揮できるよう指揮を執らせて頂きました。モンゴルサッカー協会のスタッフ、コーチングスタッフ、男女あらゆる年代の代表選手達と本気で向き合い、お互いが成長出来たことは私の今後の人生の大きな財産です‼️
A代表でのFIFAランク95位格上のキルギス戦勝利‼︎U23代表FIFAランク67位格上のタイ戦での追いついての1-1引き分‼︎モンゴルの皆さんと喜び合えて本当に嬉しかったです😄
この1週間モンゴルにて、講義、トレーニング、ミーティング、取材、表彰式、全ての交流を終え、帰国前日に最後は史上初アジアカップ3次予選進出を決めた試合後の私の笑顔を絨毯にしてプレゼントして頂き、号泣してしまいました。モンゴルサッカーの発展を今後も応援し続けます‼️

In Mongolia for the past week, I finished all the lectures, training, meetings, interviews, awards ceremonies, and exchanges, and at the end I cried when I got carpet with my smile after the match that decided to advance to the third qualifying round of the first Asian Cup in history.
I will continue to support the development of Mongolian football ! ️
